We stayed 4 nights with the objective to rest. This small island is perfect for this.
The hotel was disappointing in terms of standards one could expect in Maldives. The buffet food is ok but we would have expected to be able to have more good fish and seafood. The service was rather inefficient overall and the hotel had an inpersonal feel.

Stay in Rannalhi was great experience with water villa which has view of under water fishes and coral. In Maldives water villa are the best attraction and i got it with best price.

Staff : 4/5
Excursion : 3/5 (Lack of JetSky, and other water sports like banana boat ride, But there is deep water snorkelling which is great attraction)
Safety : 4/5

Overall : 4/5

I would like to visit Maldives and will possibly staying in Adaaran Properties in Maldives

Spent several days at the hotel scuba diving. The diving was great. If you are not a diver or love the beach then this is not the place for you. There is no pool. The value was good and the resort is very clean. Most of the food is served buffet style (which is not my favorite) but you can get food at the bar which is freshly made. Meals are served at set times so the resturant gets crowded very quickly. The sleeping room was a nice size and a big bathroom. The have a nice spa. The staff is helpful but not friendly which maybe a cultural matter. Sunsets are amazing and the ocean water is exceptional clean with great visibility.

Room tip: Unless you are over the ocean get a room on the second floor. You get a better breeze on the balcony plus you can keep the windows open and not have passersby looking into your room.

It's a beautiful island and the hotel is the only thing on it. The island is small, but there's plenty of beach space. We visited at the end of October, 2012. It took us about 45-50 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport in a speed boat transfer. We stayed in a standard room and it was pretty alright. For the price you pay, the facilities are ok. We didn't get All Inclusive though, which turned out to be a mistake because they don't even provide water! You'll end up paying $6 a bottle of water if you don't get All Inclusive - and much more for drink/snacks etc. The room smelled kind of musty a lot of the time.

The people are very nice, especially the water sports people and very helpful too. We snorkeled and that was great! There are reefs very close to the beach and you're literally swimming with the beautiful fish.

The food was pretty good, overall. They keep changing the menu so it doesn't get boring. It's not outstanding though. Breakfast was ok too, except the egg-chef was always burning the omelets. The staff are helpful. They service your room everyday but there's no room service, so if you need a bottle of water at night -- you walk to the bar to get it.

There's a little theater where some artists put on different shows each night and they are just great. We managed to catch one and were crying with laughter!!! There isn't a whole lot to do at night, but the bar has Karaoke nights and beach parties if you're into that sort of thing. The bar has a beautiful deck with a great sunset view.

Their spa is pretty good. We've been to better spas but theirs holds up pretty well too. We got the couples package (foot scrub, body polish, massage and facial) and got complimentary hour long massages as well - so we were there a lot and it was quite nice. The view from the spa is great and they have some good seating out on the deck.

The way Maldives is priced, I'd say Rannalhi is a pretty great deal and we had a really really good time there. Take a good book to read and lots of sunscreen!

Room tip: Get a water villa if the noise of the waves doesn't bother you so much. Otherwise, number 440 onwards for the standard rooms are good, since they're close to the beach and restaurant etc.
