We stopped in one day while we were shopping at the mall and there was no one else in the place except for us and the 2 young girls who worked there. We paid for a tour so we could see the animals in the back. The tour guide was one of the young girls and you could tell she was just spouting off memorized data and didn't really know what she was talking about. Being zookeepers/animal trainers - and having experience working with many of the types of reptiles they had there, my husband and I were saddened to see some of these magnificent creatures in tiny enclosures. No matter what the staff tells you, those enclosure are too small for those animals, and they do indeed move around and require space to move around. We felt sorry for them. And their "huge" snake - that snake is way too overweight - it should not be that thick - it looked very unhealthy. Our "tour guide" was also saying all kinds of untrue facts about the animals as well. It would have been nice if they had properly trained employees, and larger enclosures for their animals. But because of this, we will not be going back or recommending it to others.
