We had the fried chicken, Reuben, French onion soup and fries. All were excellent, quick service. Big parking lot and good prices

“Interesting burgers, grease-lover's dream, not to our taste”
Reviewed June 28, 2012

The menu is loaded with crazy burger concoctions and surprisingly high prices. While the menu is very entertaining to read, we did not care for the food. My husband loves hamburgers, but his burger was dripping with so much grease he has had no desire to return. The children's menu is very limited, and the mini corn dogs my daughter ordered were left on the plate uneaten after the first bite. I got a Chicago hot dog, which was just OK. The fries are the limp, extra brown kind that some people love, however we prefer crispy fries - not limp and grease soaked fries. For a burger & fries, a single Chicago hot dog, a kid's meal and 2 fountain beverages our bill was about $30 which was very hard to swallow, even with all the greasy lubrication.

“A Burger for Every Taste”
Reviewed May 26, 2012

This tiny restaurant has loads of character. To assure a seat, come during off peak hours. Check out the menu choices written on the wall, place your order at the register and grab a table. We like the table that has about 30 pictures of actresses or the one with actors, under the glass. You and your guest can spend some time trying to figure out who they are while you wait a reasonable among of time for your order. When your food is served, be prepared to use lots of napkins. We got an order of Hill Billy fries smothered with cheese and chilli. The proportion was large and they were very good. I must admit to digging low in the basket because I found the undrenched fries to be fantastic with a great fried potato flavor. My wife loved her hand made and well presented shake. I ordered the pulled pork and sauerkraut topped burger. Wow, what a combo of flavors! That is what makes this place worth the trip. If you like a plain burger and fries, go to Five Guys and order their "loaded" burger. If you want a twisted combination of flavors, try this place out. By the way, they do have some simpler faire for your children or the more un-advetursome in your party.
