Our daughter suggested F+W then came along with her 18 month old son. While this is usually a combination that ends badly, the servers took it all in stride with an abundance of good humor and professionalism.

We very much enjoyed our meal which was well facilitated by the staff

The name of this restaurant just changed to "Fire and Wine"; apparently some legal issue with similar names to a place in California. Went on a Friday evening. Took advantage of "call ahead seating" and we were seated within the 20 min window given at our arrival. Everyone working here seemed to be happy and pleasant . There is parking on the street and in a municipal lot across the street. Can be tight at times, but be patient.

Really nice wine selection by the glass; beer also, and a signature cocktail. The philosophy is a "small plate" one. Each one in our party had a salad and pasta entree somwe could sample a variety of entrees. Grilled romaine is a take on the Caesar, house salad, beet and fennel salad and faro salads all top notch. They make their dressings in house. Their homemade pastas were delicious. If you like to eat Italian and spend a few hours in a food coma, this place isn't for you. Portion sizes are such that you can sample a few things on the menu and feel comfortably full.

Tight entrance and bar area but restaurant has a spacious vibe. Our server, Gaylon, was delightful, patient, helpful and attentive. Interested to try the pizzas in the future.

I'm a Neapolitan pizza junkie and this place hits the spot. The ingredients are all very fresh and it shows. I recommend trying any of their white pizzas with pistachios, whether regular menu item or special, and we haven't yet been disappointed by any of the appetizers. Beer selection is top notch.

Service is great too and very kid friendly. Kudos to our recent waitress Emily. She was great and treated us really well.

Well done all around.

Food is great and fresh. The pizzas are the best. I recommend the burratta. The place is constantly busy and a wait is to be expected, so either get there early if you do not like to wait. Do not get me wrong though, if you need to wait, it is well worth it.

The place has been several restaurants, none that great, but this one hits all the marks. Extensive wine list, amazing salads-try the grilled romaine-and creative takes on brick oven pizza and pastas make this a favorite among locals. You can hardly get in most nights without a bit of a wait, but it is entirely worth it.
