Great ambiance, great food at a reasonable price! We went early on a Friday around 5:00 to beat the crowds.

“Delish Authentic Italian”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

Must try and must go again and again! WE love this restaurant, great homemade italian classics at outstanding prices. the portions can be ordered in small or large which helps since the small is more than enough. Atmosphere is inside an old house, very quaint and dimly lit.

“Good Place, Service,Food and Great Value”
Reviewed February 23, 2013

This is a great local Italian place for he basics. The Staff is Great and the food is good standard Italian fare. The Garlic Dressing and bread sticks are great. Calamari well cooked but too much breading. Salad good. Had the Eggplant parm and the Eggplant was too thick which made it tough and a little bitter. The pasta and sauce that came with it was good. Others at the table had the Alfredo which was good and the Cajun Chicken Tortellini was good. The lunch sizes are plenty. Ate in the bar in the back and liked the atmosphere. The Very Good Rating is for the Staff and the Great Value.

“Cute and charming”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

When I was in High School, Chianti's was a quaint place to go before dances such as Homecoming or Turnabout. Now my husband and I like to go for a special lunch. Today we went for a Valentine's lunch and as usual were not disappointed. We tend to stick to the same dishes we love so much;, the cajun chicken tortellini and the sausalito pasta. The garlic dip served with the breadsticks is yummy! So garlicky it's spicey which we like. Good wine list. Today we also splurged and had dessert which was a delight. Excellent service, great location. Never disappointed!

“Eggplant Parm”
Reviewed January 16, 2013

Our server told us the eggplant was one of the most ordered dishes on the menu and really excellent. The eggplant was cut into too thick pieces, the breading was too heavy and there was way too much pasta and not enough gravy. I was very disappointed. The service was attentive. The bread stick garlic dip was very tasty. We also ordered a garden salad, but it was drenched in dressing. Average meal to say the least.
