We had an enjoyable dinner here but were a little disappointed that the Irish food options were limited. Service was good and the food was also good and came out very quickly.

We enjoyed the excellent bar service that included a redhead barmaid. The host accommodated us in finding a seat close to the live entertainment, which happen to be Jon Conover truly wonderful singer. Ashley was our server she was excellent and made great suggestions for specialty drinks. The crab stuffed mushrooms for appetizer were the best ever.Loved the atmosphere.

Since BackStreet Steak and Chophouse closed in Galena, there really hasn't been a comparable restaurant in Galena. This is a great Irish Pub atmosphere and awesome food. The NY strip with bourbon cream sauce was simply delicious. The plates were filled with a nice vegetable medley, small amount of mashed potatoes and a to die for pretzel roll. Not a big fan of Irish Dancing, but the other live entertainment was great. The waitstaff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Recommendation would be go for dinner before 7PM when the entertainment starts unless Irish Dancing is your interest. The only negative thing I can say, is when you are spending about $100 per couple, I would expect a cloth napkin or a napkin better than a fast-food resturant napkin,

This pub was a complete surprise! I was pretty concerned when we pulled into the parking lot, it is housed next to a hotel, and so I was a bit wary. The address is Galena, but it is not downtown in the charming section, it is right off HWY 20 east of Galena. As it turned out though, the whole experience was wonderful. Good service, good food, reasonable prices. The space is charming, and has a nice "pub vibe." Fun spot for lunch or dinner.

This was our first time visiting the pub. It was quiet on a Sunday night. We both had fish & chips. The food was fast and fresh, but we prefer a beer-battered fish rather than the breadcrumb style breading they use. The fries were good but needed more seasoning. We had the strawberry shortcake for dessert which was huge and excellent. There was live entertainment which was pretty good, but it's hard to get the crowd going on a Sunday night. The best things about this place are the atmosphere (you feel like you are in Ireland) and the service (our server Sara was very attentive and helpful).
