My wife and I stopped for a light lunch on a fall Saturday afternoon. I had the special chicken Chile, which was good. My wife was interested in sharing the blue corn chips with queso, but Embe had run out by 12:30 that afternoon. Boo! We shared the onion kettle chips with blue cheese dip instead. Just ok. We were really looking forward to the bread pudding for dessert. It consisted of an ice cream scoop sized ball of bread pudding with a heaping mound of whipped cream. I did not taste any rum sauce. I have had much better bread pudding. I would skip Embe the next time.
