Otto's is across the river but walkable from downtown and our B&B, Avery House. We were greeted immediately. We were early for our reservation but were seated quickly. Eat upstairs if possible. The atmosphere is relaxed and the upstairs is decorated with local art works. Service by the owner and waitstaff was perfect. The menu is limited in the evenings but we still debated about what to select. We chose corn muffins appetizer and it was outstanding and presented well. My wife ordered the BBQ chicken and ribs and I had the Moroccan Beef. The side salads were spring greens with cucumber and tomato. Refreshing and fresh. The main courses were plentiful, flavorful, hot and served with great sides. Fresh bread was offered. The owner brought a cloth napkin with hot water for my wife's ribs and chicken. Nice touch. We would go back. Check the website for hours and evening menu choices before you go. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. There are many reasons Otto's place is rated #1.
