Beautiful scenery and nice facilities, but for someone with little to no experience with horses felt disappointed. Everything about our experience was great, except for our guide. She gave very brief instructions on how to handle the horse. Didn't bother to ask our names and confirm our experience with riding horses. 3/4 of the way through the ride one person's horse stumbled considerably, scaring the rider and other horses. We stopped no more than a few seconds before continuing forward, guide showed very little concern. Following the incident, heard her tell the riders in front of me she had placed us in order according to experience, thinking the less experienced people were at the front. That was the complete opposite. The most experienced person was at the front and it continued in descending order. If our guide had bothered to take the time to learn all four of our names and what our experience was, she would've handled things better.
