As a French good bread, croissants,... Are very important to me. When I travel to Chicago i always take a moment to stop at Hewn, amazing bakery, where everything is homemade. The brioches and pain au chocolat are to die for! There is no word to describe the bread, it's just delicious. What I mostly value : everything is made with natural products and contains much less fat than the French viennoiseries. The owners are very welcoming and are very passionate.
