Our room smelled fresh and was large and clean. The furnishings were fine for this price hotel. The mattress was OK, not great. Overall, a good value. The breakfast had a good selection.

Fast checkin. Room was nice, typical of a Super 8. Bathroom was poorly ventilated, shower curtain smelled of mildew, and the bathroom door is constantly in the way. The sink outside the bathroom has adequate counter space, but might be crowded with multiple people. The Internet worked great and the TV had lots of channels. Indoor pool and whirlpool were nice, but parents let their kids run wild unsupervised for several nights which was annoying. The breakfast was good with make your own waffles, toast, cereal and fruit. Nothing fancy, but enough to get you going.
Note that this hotel is on the northern edge of O’Hare, so it is very noisy when airplanes take off to the North. The double pane windows do not block the noise. If you are bothered by airplane noise either avoid this hotel or use earplugs.
The hotel has park and fly packages, but many of the people flying will park in the best spots in front of the hotel. It would be nice if they would segregate them to the back so guests have easier access.
Breakfast was acceptable with Waffles, toast, cereal and fruit in a nice breakfast area. Basic but acceptable.
I am surprised by many of the really positive reviews. While this was a decent motel, it is a Super 8, nothing really fancy, luxurious or special. It is a basic motel at a reasonable rate, nothing more.
There is a Subway restaurant within walking distance, but otherwise you need a car to get to restaurants scattered throughout the area. I paid $57 + 12% tax for one person, which is very reasonable in this area. I would stay there again.
we went chicago in the last week of May (30 th may) and stayed at this hotel. This hotel is very close to O'hare CTA station so we opted for that. Services offered by this hotel were really good. free breakfast, high speed internet, swimming pool, free shuttle to O'hare CTA are key sevices I liked. Hotel staff are polite. And most important, the cost is affordable. It cost us just 92 bucks inclusing taxes for double bedroom per night. I will say for chicago trip this is best hotel for those who want reliable service, save money and want to travel by CTA trains to chicago.
The hotel is clean and comfy! We have shuttles to the train station and airport 24 hours per day, what makes an easy trip! Completelly reccomend it, loved it!
the frontdesk staffs were polite, breakfast waS SUPERB! and my stay was really worthwhile. thumbs up to you guys!
Make sure you give your notice if you want to go on the shuttle...and DON'T forget breakfast ends at 9:00a...like I did! :D
