We always stay here when we visit family, its always clean, the beds are so comfortable and it is like being at home. Once you have stayed here there is no other hotel better than this in that area. It should be a 5 star. The rooms are amazing and well worth the money. I have to say that this is the best hotel I have stayed in.

Our fourth stay at one of our favourite haunts. Tried newly built Seaview executive room with small balcony. Beautiful decor and lovely bathroom. Comfortable bed, very luxurious. Staff as always so friendly and attentive. Would not hesitate to stay again...

Room Tip: If possible opt for a Seaview room.

Had the most wonderful 4 days here this week, the staff are so nice and friendly whether it be at reception or the bar or even the restaurant, couldn't ask for more friendly staff especially in a 4 star hotel, they were respectful but allowed for a laugh and went out of their way to help with any, if any, problems. What can we say about the food??? it was goddamn out of this world!!!! we ate here 2 evenings on the trot it was so yummy, a little pricey but then you get what you pay for, which is amazing on yur taste buds, definitely coming back and highly recommeneded by us xxxxx Sarah and wayne Dixon and family xxxxx

Room Tip: we'd recomment the executive rooms with free wifi or the ones with sea views, these were superb...

My husband and I have been staying at the Roslin Beach Hotel when we come to Thorpe Bay since 1996. We have seen all the wonderful improvements over the years and the additional rooms added. Most important is the congenial staff under the direction of Mrs. Jacqui Harris. Everyone there knows there job and does it well!!!The restaurant has improved over the years and we have had many delicious meals there. The newly decorated rooms are wonderful,we especially enjoy the rooms facing the Thames estuary with the porches where you can sit outside and have your tea. Our most recent visit was a family reunion with my sister . We have celebrated several of my husbands birthdays there also. The staff at the reception desk are so very helpful, they take care of any thing that comes up.The friendliness of ALL the staff is so very much appreciated!!Thank you one and ALL! Kathleen B.

Visited this hotel for a business trip. Had a lovely stay here. The hotel is definitely a 4*. Reception staff were very helpful. The food ordered from the bar was lovely. The rooms are very clean and have great facilities. Excellent location. Cant really say much more but it was a comfortable stay and would consider staying here for a weekend break.

Stayed in this hotel twice now and both times they were good stays. The hotel is contemporary with modern but not over-egged stylish rooms. The bar and restaurant areas are friendly and smart. I haven't eaten in the restaurant apart for breakfast, although that was pretty good. All in all, a nice place and recommended from somebody who is a regular traveller and has stayed in more hotels than you've had hot dinners!

Room Tip: Get a good price from booking.com or another booking site first and then call the hotel - unless the...

The Roslin has just added a spa. As I am in England a great deal these days, I found my perfect home away. I love the staff, the rooms, the environment, and now the spa. Located right across the street from the Thames estuary, each room has a great view. The rooms are pristine and beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. If you're looking for good value, excellent food and lovely staff, choose the Roslin. Say hi to Jackie and Becca for me.

Room Tip: The new business centre rooms are excellent
