Stayed here 2 nights in late September to be near Rockton for a wedding and reception. Turned out to be only 5 miles from there, so that was great. We found there are two distinct camping areas - Sugar Shores (level sites near the river) and Sugar Hills (nice sites but needed extra leveling for a motorhome. The advantage to "the hills" was more open space and more quiet. Camp facilities and personnel were superb! Very friendly and helpful staff. For example, we were guided into our site, and when we bought firewood, it was delivered right to our site. Many seasonal sites, so visitors are a bit "on the outside looking in". But, this is a great campground nestled on a very picturesque river
