Childhood summers in Michigan, meant ice cream from Sherman's Dairy. Now I can have it at home in Illinois too. Favorites - Traverse City Cherry and Coconut Almond Fudge. The scoops are generous. You can get a pint/quart hand packed to take home.

My daughter and I occasionally go to the car show in downtown Downers Grove on Fridays in the summer. I think she only wants to go with me so she can come here for ice cream.

Love this spot on a hot summer day or after a movie. Always crowded with kids in summer. But fun people watching all the kids with ice cream faces!
