“slow, and snooty waitresses”

We go here every so often to eat Breakfast, which we did today. Although this isn't the normal, for what ever reason we waited 40 minutes for our Breakfast. We thought the waitress that forgotten to turn in the order, but it was the cook who overlooked it. Typically we recommend this place to others, perhaps we shouldn't of stopped in on a Monday. Other than that, the food is always good, and the prices are very reasonable. I'll have to agree Adam56 as far as the waitresses attitudes.
They always come off as "I'd rather be somewhere else than here." But, there are a lot of waitresses with the same attitude. On the bright side, they ended up giving us a free Breakfast which we didn't expect at all. We didn't even think they would give us a discount, but to our amazement, they waived the check. Perhaps, they did that for us because they have seen us in there many times before, so they know we are frequent flyers and want us to patronize them again. So, avoid stopping here on a Monday, I'll chalk it up to Monday blues.

Food was average. The hash browns were good and not greasy. Potato pancakes are formed frozen (think McDonald's hash browns) but then grilled instead of deep-fried. Other than that not real imaginative and pretty basic menu. Waitstaff all seemed unhappy and wanting to be anywhere but there. Not sure if it is the norm but was not a happy place.

Nice family restaurant. The food is good, the portions are huge. They offer fresh cut fruit in sundae glasses. That fruit is a tasty treat on a hot day. This restaurant accepts cash only. There is an ATM in the lobby if you need cash.

Great family restaurant! The food was delicious and the portions are HUGE! I definitely recommend the pork rib sandwich deluxe. My wife had the pork chops, which I tried: they were delicious. Plenty to take home for a late snack or lunch the next day. The staff are not exactly friendly at first, but do warm up!
