we stay here every time we bring our kids up for a concert at The Allstate Arena place is always clean front desk is always friendly and courteous fast check in love the balcony watching the planes come n go from O'hare and it is great soundproof can't hear a thing when the sliding glass door is closed very convient kids walk over to concert grownups walk next door for a steak and nice evening at Longhorn and they do room service as well highly recommend for Chicago and location great value

Very nice hotel however we waited an hour for the hotel
Van because there was a concert next door to the hotel. Bad thing was after waiting an hour they left people behind (to wait another hour). Since concerts are a continual happening, and the hotel knows about them ahead of time perhaps they can arrange to run an extra van. They should also empower their employees at night to "make it right" for the inconvenience by offering a complimentary breakfast at the least. The customers coming off the van after leaving some of their party behind were upset and the front desk essentially shrugged their shoulders and would not even make eye contact with the understandably upset customers. Bad management, poor planning and no compensation for waiting over an hour to get to the hotel. I hope they take this info and come to some solutions for the next concert.

We just stayed one night before a flight at O'Hare. As part of a deal when booking with Funjet we received a room for $99, two complimentary cocktails, free parking for the 4 nights we were gone(up to 14 if you need it) & free shuttle service to & from O'Hare. I will go back in a heartbeat when I fly out of O'Hare again. Check in was smooth, very helpful staff. Rooms were basic, but nice & clean. Bed was a sleep number which did not matter to us, but some might find that nice. Received our complimentary cocktails & the bartender was awesome !! Made a great cocktail. Shuttle arrived on time & the return shuttle was also quick. Would not want to try & find a parking spot or my terminal at O'Hare so thank goodness for the Radisson !

So the rooms are pretty much average than any other hotel, but at least the ac/heat worked fine. Some of the lamps had plugs, an tv remote had a sleeper button.

The number bed control remotes didn't work. The shuttle takes you to the best western and then to the radisson. There is a stop light that takes forever!

The biz center is enclosed with two computers, pool, and free Starbucks coffee by the lobby

The staff is ok. Not bad nor incredibly good.

Chosen as 'just a business hotel', close to the airport: It has fair rates, has shuttle buses, and is located close to highways, easy to start a trip. But, upon arrival, it has the right atmosphere, friendly staff and everything that is needed for a pleasant stay: proper breakfast, good relaxation and fitness facilities. Moreover, convenient bedrooms with hardness adaptable beds. Overall, a good quality hotel!

My wife and I stayed on the fourth floor of this hotel during the last weekend of February. It is truly a mixed bag. The worst part is that they advertise, in writing, that airport shuttles are dispatched when a guest phones from the airport. In reality, they are not dispatched upon request, but rather on a regular schedule, so if you miss it by one minute, you are left standing on a traffic island at O'Hare airport waiting for the next cycle of pickups, and the shuttle serves two hotels, not just this one.

At the hotel itself it would appear that the carpet was installed during the administration of the first Mayor Daley, and in some morbid tribute to him they have refused to clean them since his death in 1976.

The rooms feature a brand new TV, beds and furniture, with enough extra pillows, as well as towels in the bathroom, to satisfy the needs of any guests. In addition there is a small fridge and microwave provided as well as two complimentary bottles of water. A most welcome sight after a long flight. However, all of this is in a room with disgusting peeling wallpaper and a dirty popcorn ceiling as well as the aforementioned historical carpet. The hallways are a combination of body odor and toxic super strength cleaning fluid.

In the elevator you can have fun deciphering the various Chicago gang symbols that are scratched into the door and walls. I spotted the one for the 'Latin Kings'.

We used the hotel as a reverse park-and-fly, leaving our vehicle in the lot on the way to the airport and then staying one night upon our return. There are many options of this type in the area, this one is adequate (just) but next time I'm going to spend a couple extra dollars for a better hotel.

Room Tip: There are typical chain restaurants flanking the hotel on either side, but if you go less than half...

Thank you for reaching out and writing your review. We are sorry you were not satisfied with the accommodations of your room. We will discuss the conditions of your room with our staff to ensure all guest rooms are up to Radisson standards. The hotel underwent renovation in 2011 and new carpets were installed in rooms and hallways. We apologize that the design and decor of the room is not up to your expectations. As to the "peeling wallpaper", please help to troubleshoot by emailing us the room number you stayed in. It is greatly appreciated!

The hotel offers complimentary shuttle running on a schedule every half hour picking up guests from the Bus Shuttle Center. For pickup from Terminal 5 (International Terminal), guests are advised to call hotel for shuttle service. Scheduled airport pickups does not include International Terminal. Upon request, the scheduled hotel shuttle will stop at Terminal 5 for a pickup before returning to hotel.

We have informed our Engineering Department to remove the grafitti on the elevator cab. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We hope you would give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.

I had to stay overnight in Chicago on short notice (my flights were rescheduled which forced me into an overnight) and booked this hotel online. It's very close to the airport and has a free shuttle bus to/from the airport. From the outside, this looked like your basic airport hotel, and for the most part, it is. However, I was warmly greeted at the front desk, checked in with a minimum of fuss and was in my room in less than 10 minutes. Notwithstanding the late hour, the receptionist was cheery and seemed interested in making my stay a pleasant one. Although the restaurant was closed, the receptionist gave me pamphlets on how to order in food online.

My room was exceptionally clean, comfortably sized and had all the amenities I needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well organized and the room had space for me to spread things out from my suitcase. Everything smelled clean and I could have eaten off the bathroom floor.

When I checked out the next morning, the front staff were even more friendly than the previous night's receptionist. The breakfast buffet that came with my room was good, with lots of hot food, but not exceptional. However every staff member that I came across greeted me with a "good morning" and a smile.

I've travelled a fair bit around the world and stayed in many hotels, but rarely have I come across staff who were as pleasant as the staff at this hotel. They made me feel as I was the most important thing to them and they seemed happy to help me whenever they could. I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay if you need to overnight by O'Hare airport.
