If your in the mood for a tummy filling breakfast after a long night or after church or just hungry, This is the place, they have ham off the bone that is so so good and they give you enough to take home and make a sandwich for later. Breakfast to die for. Lot's for your money.

The Sugarbowl is a walk back to the 1960's and the original "Soda Fountain" style ice cream shop. This is a fun place for desert or dinner...

We went for a late breakfast/early lunch. I guess that would be a brunch, but we did try two different items. The first was the biscuits and gravy, which I found to be among the best that I have had with two biscuits that were split and completely covered in gravy. It includes a large side of hash browns and I must admit, I probably should have ordered a couple of sausage links. We also ordered a BLT which came with fries and soup, so we did try the soup which seemed to be homemade and delicious. Better than half of the menu is comprised of breakfast items and you should just about find anything that you have a taste for. The service was excellent and the waitress and the busboys were very attentive to all of the tables. Well worth trying again!

Sadly it's been some time since this place stopped making the hand dipped chocolates that gave it it's name. It's now your average greek owned diner. It's clean and quiet and has the usual wide menu of burgers, sandwiches and full home cooking type meals like roast pork with potatoes, salad, soup etc. You get freshly cooked food, good value and quick service. Nothing exotic or inspiring, but a reliable good american meal anytime of day.

Had a delicious breakfast at Sugar Bowl yesterday. The food is very good, plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. This is a popular place for the locals and a must try.
