We dined on a Saturday evening with another couple. The 'Mr.' had raved about Via Roma and wanted us to see first hand why he loves it so. Very quaint decor and limited seating add to the ambiance. Love the BYOB with no corkage!
We had the Prosciutto di Parma e Mozzarella for starters. The mozzarella is very fresh and the prosciutto delicious, this was a great start to a wonderful meal. The house salad is generous in size and very good. We all ordered different entrees: Mahi Mahi (evening special that was perfectly prepared & served with seasonal vegetables & potatoes), Penne Vodka, Veal with Butter Lemon Sauce, and the Four Cheese Gnocchi. Every entree was cooked to perfection.
We ordered four desserts for the table: Pistachio Gelato, Chocolate Gelato, Tiramisu, and something else with a hard shell of chocolate encircling it. The Pistachio Gelato & the dessert with the chocolate shell were real standouts.
Outstanding, friendly service and very reasonably price.
