Great food and great value. A real find in such a small town.

An old fashioned diner and a Danville treat. Burgers are wonderful.

“A Great Midwestern Burger Joint”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2011

If you're getting hungry when traveling between Indianapolis and Champaign, IL, there's a great Midwestern burger joint just off I-74 in Danville, IL. The food is decently proportioned and homey: just what you'd expect. The decor is Marine Corps literally. Gross's is run by a family in which several generations have served in the Corps and there are displays of their
memorabilia as well as from some of the local fellows who have recently served. This is our heartland and the food is good too.
