Our recent visit to Duke's Alehouse was a taste treat! My husband must eat gluten-free, which can be a challenge at many restaurants, but not at Duke's! The extensive beer menu included gluten-free beers as well as hard ciders that are also great!
On Wednesday's in November, Duke's features gluten-free pizzas and pastas - what a wonderful surprise! Other menu items, including some of the appetizers, salads, sides and entrees are also gluten free! This visit, my husband enjoyed a gluten-free goat cheese and chorizo pizza while I had a 'regular' Fall pizza, a wonderful combination of squash, onions, chorizo, apples and goat cheese.
The atmosphere, while busy for a week night, was also relaxing and warm. This looks like a great place to pop in after riding the Metro into town. I would highly recommend Duke's Alehouse!
