One of OUR favorite restaurants in the whole wide world! Been going there on a weekly basis for a good 2 years now (and before that I was a regular for 23+ years). We have tried almost everything on their menu now, and everything is delicious! Just recently, we tried their cheeseburger, and believe it or not it was AMAZING! We have NOTHING bad to say about this place. We would highly recommend the Ranchero Gold Margarita vs. their regular margarita though. ENJOY!!!

The food at this established restaurant is the biggest reason to dine here. Besides the traditional mexican fare, the menu always has a variety of tasty seafood dishes and several Carne Asada's. Several sides are offered with each entree( the black beans are much better than the refried beans) along with flour or corn tortillas. Each table gets a basket of flavorful taco chips and salsa once you are seated. Drinks though somewhat pricey, have plenty of alcohol. Flan makes a good dessert choice if you desire such. Nice bar area if you have to wait for a table with several TV's. Seating is comfortable with booths along the walls as well as regular tables in the large open space. Service is friendly and prompt though wait staff sometimes substitutes for each other so it can be hard to tell who is waiting on your table. Plenty of parking on restaurant property both in front, behind and alongside the building.

If you like average Mexican food and don't mind over paying, this is your place. Place is lively, and the bar can be somewhat cramped on a weekend or busy night. Service is usually good and food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. However, there are other places in the immediate area that are not only a better value, but also better food.

Visited the restaurant on a very busy Saturday night. Always like to see some mexican beer on draught. Ordered a Modelo Especial and Playa del Carmen pan fried Tacos. The initial chips and salsa were good. The salsa seemed fresh and had a pleasant bite for my taste. The Tacos were very good, but the refried beans and rice were tasteless. Sat in the bar dining area and service was good.
