Good small wine tasting room with very tasty charcuterie platters in the heart of Chicago life on Oak Street. We enjoyed their name brand wine as well and had a number of flights. Knowledgeable staff and winces are available for purchase as well.

After receiving several emails promoting their Cinco de Mayo specials I went there with a group of three friends. We were seated in the library and shown to a dirty table with stained chairs. When we asked if we could sit somewhere clean the host said "You pick the table". Once we seated ourselves and were greeted by our server she failed to mention the specials. I had to ask about the margarita pitchers for $15. We received a carafe not a pitcher but they were good and it yielded three small glasses. The ribs were terrible. We also had the cheese and chocolate fondue which were both just ok. The crab dip and flatbread were good. My sister was so disappointed in our overall experience that she emailed the manager. The manager was very responsive and for that we will go back because all of my other experience here have been pretty good.

This place has an eclectic and exciting wine list, offering some great flights of wines from some very obscure producers/ varieties/ areas. The waitress was very knowledgeable. The pasta I had was superb (with shrimps, scallops and truffle) and not at all expensive. Atmosphere is quite raucous as the evening goes on (loud music) which I like but some might not. It seemed full of people genuinely into wine, and really wasnt expensive for the quality. It's in a cool neighbourhood with a lot of great bars and restaurants.

Restaurant on one side, wine shop on the other. Attended a wine tasting in the wine shop and moved to the restaurant after. Dim, candlelight dining. Perfect for a few glasses of wine and good conversation. Pizzas were delicious!

I have been here twice with groups and it was great both times. Wine lovers an novices will both appreciate the helpful staff and variety. The small plates are also very tasty.
