“Great location, Quality room, reasonable price”

This hotel is in a great spot: close to shopping, Navy Pier and great restaurants. The rooms are reasonable size, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend it to friends.

Room Tip: Ask for a renovated room

The hotel is clean, and the staff are very courteous. I was upgraded to a room with a great view of the river. For those who like to walk, I enjoyed the river walk next to the Sheraton, and walked a few blocks to the Mile. There are many shops and restaurants that are excellent on the Mile. For those who don't mind walking and/or climbing steps, the downtown area and the Millenium Park are not that far away. From the Sheraton, I walked to the train stop to take the train to Midway Airport (during rush hour traffic) although I would not recommend doing this if you are not in good shape or have heavy luggage.

Room Tip: Choose a room with a view of the river. My room was very quiet.

The Sheraton is the perfect place to stay in Chicago. The views are breathtaking. I was luck enough to stay in a newly renovated room. The room had 2 double beds and felt very spacious. Staff was very plesent and made me feel at home.

This was my first trip to Chicago and I was not disappointed in my selection of the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers! From the moment we opened the door of the car we were made to feel appreciated for being at their hotel. From the bellhops to the waitress's at the Lounge the staff took time to answer all of our questions and offered advice with out prodding. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable and the view was great. It was within walking distance of anything that we wanted to do. Thanks for a great stay.

After a week in Rosemont for a convention, my boyfriend met me here and we spent 4 days sight seeing with this as our home base.

It is an excellent hotel. Clean, well appointed (tons of food and bar options inside), great views (hello on the water), great location (about 2 blocks from the Mile and tons of restaurants and sightseeing), near the EL (yay we got to see a cubs game!).

Room was super nice, although a tad small, but that never bothers me...I never understand why people want ginormous rooms. Go see the place you're visiting.

No complaints!

I try to stay at only Starwood properties and am a platinum member. I share this only to give you perspective to how often I stay at a Sheraton or Westin (too old for W!)
This is not a great hotel.. the rooms are dingy, out dated and unkept. I was on the top floor (34th) and was "upgraded". If that was an upgrade, I don't want to see an average room. The lamp shades had thick dust on them. The bathtub had ants. The bed skirt was dirty.
The location is pretty good and they did a nice job with the lobby. But I dreaded going up to my room.
Upside - the room was quite

Visiting Chicago for the Cards-Cubs series on 9/22/12 was fun and enjoyable! The Sheraton is close to Union Station as we traveled via Amtrak. It's within walking distance of the Navy Pier! Very convenient! The Sheraton accommodations overall were confortable and quiet. Very much enjoyed our stay!!!!
