Location of hotel is excellent. Right at the start of the Magnificent Mile. Near and central to so much, including Rush St. and Michigan Ave. Room was fine, but bathroom was very small. Highly recommend Trolly/Double Decker tour bus in front of Hancock Tower. Good for 3 days and 1 price, but you see so much of Chicago!

Overall we had a great stay! So many positives - the room, the staff, and the location. The only drawback was we weren't aware of the price of the parking which was $62.00 per night. Not mentioned online.

Great all around; loved the suite upgrade. This is my new go-to spot in the city. Great location, decent parking nearby, Drumbar is fantastic.
The only negative might be that the room service (sampled on a previous trip) is incredibly overpriced.

This would have been a stellar experience but for the many drunks we encountered on the elevator throughout our stay (patrons of Drum Bar). This could be remedied by a designated elevator for Drum Bar and one for guests only.

This is a great value hotel, wonderful ambiance. Large room with good natural light.
The bar staff were excellent and the bar is very well set up. It is close to museum of contemporary art and the transport around the city, and to airport is very convenient.
