We resently spent 3 nights at the Raffaello Hotel and found it to be an excellent hotel. It location for us was perfect, just off the Magnificent Mile and close to some of the sights and great restaurants. The Hotel was very clean, the housekeeping staff and maintenance staff were friendly and did an excellent job.

Room Tip: Check just before leaving for your trip for more recent of up to date deals. This proved to be advan...

We stayed here one night and loved the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our shower lacked some water pressure, but otherwise, our room was perfect. We had great views of the hancock building next door and we easily walked everywhere we needed to go!

I visited this hotel with my boyfriend on christmas weekend in december last year.it has magnificent entrance setting. I like the hotel layout and it was v clean. The hotel is spacious and has a large flat screen TV. staffs are friendly and polite.

The only downside is parking is abit difficult and the hotel air conditioning/heating is not hot. It would be a 5 stars if the hotel is warmer during the winter month.

We stayed at the hotel on our 3 day trip to Chicago. We had booked the Double Room for 4 of us and before we landed there were told, that we got an upgrade to deluxe suite. On reaching there realized that this was not the case. Coming to the place, its centrally situated and the location is good.
The rooms for the deluxe suite are good but in both the double and deluxe room that we stayed at, restrooms did not have locks. Yes, eventually we did get an upgrade to the deluxe room. Also the bathroom doors are such that once the light is switched on you can see shadows of people inside. This was not very comfortable when you are with your friends.
About the elevators, 2 of them but tiny. There are 19 floors and 2 elevators each the capacity of only 4 at the max. This is when they have a drum bar and in the evening, one of the elevators is majorly used by guests to the bar.
Staff was friendly and no complaints there.

Great location, really clean and huge beds. Staff were very friendly too. Would stay here again without hesitation. Just a minute's walk from the top of the magnificent mile and next door to the John Hancock tower. Looked like they had a really nice cafe there, but didn't eat there ourselves.

We visit Chicago every year and this hotel and it's staff made it worth the stay. We had a room on the 16th floor and they gladly accomodated a change of rooms upon our request, due to an odd odour in the room. We were one block from Michigan Avenue and 2 blocks to Oak Street Beach. We would definitely look to stay here again. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We spent some time up on the roof top which adjoins the rooftop bar. Yes the elevators were small but the wait was not long. The cleanliness was above average and there were plenty of staff around cleaning in the lobby, showing pride in the hotel. Book this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

We had a very large party stay at this hotel in August. If you stay here be sure to get a suite because the regular rooms are tiny. I got one of the biggest suites in the hotel and loved it. It was big enough for 22 of us to stay in to mingle before we all went to dinner and clubs. The staff is friendly all but one doorman . He works at night and is bald. He is very rude and almost ruined our whole trip by being so. Other than that you are close to shopping and restaurants it's a great location.
