The rooms, housekeeping, restaurants on property and concierge at Park Hyatt were all Amazing. The rooms were very modern with high-end finishes. Housekeeping came twice a day and did a great job. We ate at Nomi Garden twice and were very impressed by the food and staff. The concierge helped me out before arriving and during our stay to plan events in the area.
The issue at this hotel is some of the front desk staff. Here is a list of issues I had during my stay:
- 3.5 hours for maintenance to fix light issue in room.
- Front desk said "no" to newspaper delivery, later said "yes"
-Front desk said "no" to 2pm checkout even though I am platinum member, later corrected issue after I contacted Hyatt on social media.
- Phone call in middle of the night, 10 minutes later room service staff knocked on door to deliver water. We never ordered water.
All in all, this property is amazing but the front desk needs some guidance. I expressed all of my issues with PH staff at check out and they were very apologetic and I was compensated for my issues. While I appreciate the compensation I would have rather had five-star service during my stay.
