Service was excellent--the staff was super-friendly and available (they have a doorman! We did not need a taxi or anything, so we didn't utilize him, but it was nice to have a friendly face each time we left the hotel).
The location was good--near the Lincoln Park area and Wrigleyville. We were not in town long, so we did not go downtown or to the "mile", but it is only about three miles from that area. The rooms were not huge, but that's to be expected in a city hotel. The beds were AMAZING!!! Like the "heavenly bed" a certain other (much higher-priced) chain offers. Our room was extremely clean, and contained a mini-fridge and a microwave (great because I had a toddler with me).
The free continental breakfast was plentiful and greatly appreciated. The seating was slightly cramped, but we went at around 9am and it was starting to empty out. There was a waffle maker, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. There were some delicious donuts, but those were gone by the time I got up there again.
The beds were the best thing about the room . . . I can't think of anything I liked least--except maybe that you would have to pay for parking (we had access to a friend's private parking, which helped). This was a great deal and I would absolutely stay here again!
