Perfect for events

I organized a corporate event there.
The events manager was super helpful while preparing it but also the day of the event ; and the catering / bar and AV staff was super professional as well.
Our guests loved it and my team was happy about the result too.
100% recommend

Pitbull friendly and great customer service!!

So blessed to have found a great hotel with great amenities, caring competent staff, and supportive of pets- 3 pets, that is. 3 pitbulls. When I called and asked if there was a restriction on breed, weight, number of pets, and I was told all my 3 fur babies were welcome, I was sold. I'll be a forever Virgin Hotels customer because of this, regardless if I'm traveling with my dogs or not!

Clean, modern, comfortable!

Wonderful clean, organized, beautifully designed room with a modern aesthetic and amenities (such as a single cup drip filter as opposed to a wasteful Keurig system). Loved the amazing built in closet setup which made it easy to quickly unpack and feel settled and organized. The vanity setup was amazing for doing my hair and makeup in the morning. Lots of amazing lighting and easily accessible outlets for easy charging. Overall, an amazing space and I would absolutely stay here again!

Room tip: Spend 5 minutes to unpack use the built-ins!

Do not bring a car

Overnight valet is $68 per night. This is one of the highest rate anywhere in the country. And they do not tell you.
Beds are good. Rooms are very modern. There are robes but no slippers. Space is very minimal. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is expensive. I do not subscribe to the idea”this is Chicago,” as if we should expect to be taken advantage of. I’m from NYC and I was astounded at that attitude. There are much better values for your money.

Amazing experience!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the smallest of details they just did everything right!
Being a interior designer and having worked in a hotel myself for 5 years. Im picky and they outdid them selves
Service is beyond.
Filled out a in the know and they actually used that for my room snacks. Personally delivered a hand written thank you note and dark chocolate (my fav) room was imaculate, design was perfect! Mini bar street prices!
The roof top patio was so much fun and the restaurant food to die for.
I didnt need to leave the hotel to have a blast in chicago.
Bed super comfy to which is always important!
I will be booking there again next year for my conference! Amazing. Thank you for the great experience!! I love the Virgon Hotel :)

Room tip: Sign uo for in the know. Worth it! No extra cost
