Very happy with the service at Virgin. Will visit again during the Restaurant show. If you need something just ask, they will help. Loved the Commons Club, Becky was great and an outstanding lead bartender. Just tell her your favorite spirit and she will come up with a beautiful cocktail for you.

Here for Family Reunion weekend ...Pros: Nice, clean, quiet room, great location, Helpful staff!
Cons: Strange configuration of room...Lighting system difficult to figure out...Small sink area for storing cosmetics etc.... Not much storage for luggage or anything else... However...
Pros out weighed the Cons

An upgrade was available for a relatively small amount, so I took advantage of a double upgrade to obtain a seating area with tv and kitchenette/small dining table upon entry. It was a corner room, with a pass through the bathroom (separate room with commode, rain shower, and double sinks) with a large window letting in natural light if desired. The bedroom had three large windows facing south and west with blackout curtains- much appreciated. The rooftop bar on the 26th floor was amazing. Comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. Robes, but no slippers, and I wish there was a coffee shop onsite (or delivery arranged through the concierge. Overall very comfortable accommodations. This isn’t a part of the city I generally stay in, but the area was vibrant with fab bars and restaurants. Will stay again

Room tip: Ask for a high floor - the el can be noisy

Wish granted! We do have a coffee shop on site! We'd love to have you back to check it out any time. It's called Two Zero Three and you can find it on our main floor.

Stayed one night. Loves our “chamber” as they called it. The design is just well thought out. You enter the room into the dressing area, water closet separate -(nice); nicely appointed vaniity, two closets, umbrella provided, huge shower with bench, rain shower head and hand-held shower. Nice shower gel & toiletries. Sliding door to the bed area, a little tight but again, nicely thought out. Great duck down pillows. Reading lights on each side of the king bed.

When I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the closet light went on, so I could see. Very nice! There is a coffee / wine bar just off the lobby and a rooftop lounge.
Location is great, on Wabash close to Millenium Park and a block from the river.

We chose this hotel do the location. I had no interest in a rental car and this location was a few blocks from the CTA blue line from O’hare to the loop.

Stayed from 5/22 - 5/25. We arrived EARLY (10AM) and were able to check-in early! Sweet! Initially the strong scented room bothered me but a couple hours later and didn’t notice the scent.

We’re able to walk to Millennium Park, beginning of Magnificent Mile and walk to catch our architectural tour boat right from the hotel. We did order Uber numerous times as well with no issues.

Room was the 1 king bed chamber #1210 and felt spacious for 2 people.

Housekeeping replenished toiletries and towels when service light was on.

Snack bar was reasonably priced. Way cheaper than movie concession stand. I helped my self to M&Ms.

Took my 20 yr old daughter at 5PM om a Friday to rooftop bar/lounge to take pictures with no issues. Ate breakfast at Ms Ricky’s on checkout day and was pleasantly surprised the food tasted better than looked in pictures.

I loved the decor and cleanliness. Staff was professional and friendliness both check-in and check-out. Even housekeeping checked on us when we ran into them in the morning on the way out one day. They called one evening to confirm we didn’t need anything since we left the do not disburb light on one day.

I liked the layout, lots of outlets and adult look and feel, but still welcoming to families.

I would recommend to anyone.
