Just got back from a wknd in Chicago. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff treat you like family. Only negative is I sent an email a week before telling them this was on my wife's bucket list to go to Chicago and I was bringing her for her birthday and it wasn't even acknowledge by staff or hotel. With that being said, I would go back and did recommend it to our daughter(travel agent) to recommend this hotel to her clients.

Hey Debbie!

We'd love to be your home away from home. And apologies about the missed birthday - we hope next time you fill out The Know program on our website to ensure we celebrate properly.

Thanks for your kind words and recommendations!

My girl friend and I stayed there for 8 nights and we really like this place.
First of all, the social hour everyday on the second floor is great. Love it.
The design of the hotel and the room really stands out. I love how they separate the room into two area with a sliding wood door and that you can download an app on your phone to control basically everything in the room from temperature to TV remote control.
The room is clean and quiet (earplugs are provided as well.) and there are lots of small designs that surprise you. Also, a lot of snacks and drink are in the fridge with a surprisingly reasonable price.
As for location, this hotel is right in the middle of downtown Chicago and everything is in walking distance.
The only bad thing I found is that the feathers in the duvet come out really fast.

i've stayed here three times and each time exceeded the previous. the last time was for my anniversary. they upgraded me to a beautiful suite on an upper floor and upon entering the room, an iced bottle of champagne and card signed by the whole staff awaited our arrival. and at checkin, i was having trouble with my credit card but the staff was determined to sort it out so i could stay. the showers here are amazing and the technology driven room controls are top notch. they have a personalized point of view to customer service that aims to surpass your expectations. don't forget to utilize the free access to their hotel tesla. thanks for everything, i'll be back.

Room Tip: opt for the chamber suite and take the tesla for a spin.

The hotel is located next to the river and a few minutes to the magnificent miles. The neighborhood is great and offer a lot of restaurants. All the places are accessible by foot.

We arrived early and were given a room right away. The suite was composed of 3 parts : living room, bathroom and bedroom. The room in itself was well designed and original. It was very complete including Bluetooth speaker, TVs, mini bar, etc... The only thing missing was slippers. The mini bar price was really cheap. On top of that, with the mobile app, you can control the TV, the heat and order anything from your mobile, from toothbrush to breakfast.

We were located on the 19th floor and didn't really had any trouble concerning noise. The Tesla car service was very convenient and allow us to avoid using public transportation.
The staff was very nice and we had a bottle of sparkling wine offered to us. The hotel got a cafe, a restaurant, a bar, a rooftop, a gym and a sauna. Everyday from 7 to 8pm the social hour offer you free drinks.

I recommend it !

Our one night stay was what we needed it to be, a getaway. Yes, we had a crappy view and there were earplugs in our room (the L).
The staff was pretty snoody, which is an immediate turn off. Just the guys. Napolean the bartender was just plain rude. The hostesses in the Commons Club were great!
We were impressed by the affordable mini bar and snack set up. It was cheaper than leaving your room and drinking.
The bed was comfy. Don't lose your duvet cover or you will be dusted with feathers.
The shower was great. Toiletries in the room were pleasureable.
Breakfast in room was delish. We had a parking, breakfast, suite package. It was exactly what we were looking for.
HOWEVER!!! The absolute worst bloody mary i have ever had in my WHOLE ENTIRE life. The rim was crushed red pepper (HOT!) and the cocktail itself lacked the enchanting ability to snap me out of my hangover. No spices, seasonings or tricks. Tomato juice and vodka. We left them sitting on our breakfast tray, sipped. Dollars down a drain. Tisk! Tisk! UGH!
I wish there was a location in Vegas because I would book my whole week there. I just wouldn't mark the Bloody Mary space on my breakfast order form...
