“Great Family Spot”
Reviewed April 24, 2013

A great place for all ages--great for friends visiting from out of town. The Sox are fun to watch, the park is clean, modern, and spacious, parking is not a hassle, and there's a wide selection of yummy foods at the concessions.

“Longtime Sox fan still misses Old Comiskey”
Reviewed April 24, 2013

The Cell is functional...although the upper deck is still steep as heck and the intro video is still a mess this season. Seats were cheap and the food there is still great, even if the Sox aren't that good. Security tossed some young guys in our section just for being loud and heckling one of the Minnesota players. They weren't swearing or throwing things, just were being good fans. Not sure why they were launched.

“White Sox for the win!”
Reviewed April 23, 2013

I love seeing baseball games when I'm in the States, and this one was amazing. Despite all the yapping about Wrigley Field, US Cellular Field is beautiful. It's new, its high tech and it has comfortable seats...for a baseball field. The fans are fantastic and it was one of the highlights of my Chicago trip!

“As a foreigner, great way to spend a few hours”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

Went to see the White Sox as I was in Chicago for business and had time to burn. Good fun, easy to find (10 mins from the centre in the metro) and very cheap. Loads of food options, child friendly and you get to do lots of people watching - do Americans go to sporting events to actually watch the game as most seem to be more interested in chatting, texting, snogging, eating etc. one tip is the tickets are really cheap so don't bother buying them using a ticket swop site. I paid $15 for a $5 ticket and the stadium had loads of spare seats!

“Fun, but impersonal (will always be Comiskey to Chicagoans)”
Reviewed April 18, 2013

On its face, it's fun to go at least once, but that's it. Dicey neighborhood and has an impersonal "cold" feeling (corporate, about the money only). Wrigley Field is the "Friendly Confines" for a reason, even if the Cubs don't win (and still sell out 90% of the time). The Sox win more often, but cannot sell out probably because of the corporate feel.
