We discovered Gaylord quite by chance while looking for a restaurant near Oak Street Beach. We both opted for the buffet, which featured a number of hot dishes plus a section with salad items and sambals. Our waiter brought freshly cooked tandoori chicken and nan bread - the chicken was served on a hot platter and continued to sizzle for several minutes after it was served. Dessert was fresh fruit and "homemade" mango ice cream (one of several flavors of ice cream made in-house daily). Cost was $13.95 each, a great value.
