Very professional service. Knowledgeable, smart, not over-whelming or in your face. Probably the most hospitable place ever. The food was great too. Presentation was sometimes iffy. Perhaps a bit under seasoned at times. I don't fully understand why restaurants refuse to use salt and pepper. Good use of ingredients, very approachable. I disliked the the coarse plate, which made a scratchy noise as my fork scooped my food. Somewhat unpleasant.
