We booked for 8 pm. There was a clear line between those going for a drink to the 96th and the ones for the 95th. We were whisked away to find that actually we still had to wait. Depending on whether we wanted a window table or no we had wait between 15 to 60 min. The worst is they behaved like they were doing us a favor to give us a table. The eye contact was missing. We went to the bar which was yuck..noisy and rubbishy. 45 min later we were seated with no apology for the wait. The view and food was amazing but honestly I didnt enjoy the feeling like they had done us a favor giving us atable for a 400 dollar meal that eventually a good steak !!!

Visited this restaurant while visiting Chicago and everything about it was Excellent! We were seated by the window and had beautiful views over Lake Michigan and the shoreline. Both food and service were excellent and we will certainly go there again if we are ever in Chicago again!

We made reservations well in advance for this “bucket list” dinner in Chicago. We were blessed with a beautiful evening and a full moon! We arrived a little early and had a cocktail in the lounge while watching sunset. It was beautiful. We did request a window seat which was wonderful though I must say the other tables seemed like they had good views as well. We started with an order of oysters which were small on size but delicious. My husband had the halibut and I had the lamb. Both were very good. Our waiter, Comador(?) recommended a perfect wine to accompany my lamb. He was a great waiter all evening. It was a perfect bucket list dinner

I took my wife here for her birthday. The view was incredible and the food was outstanding. I didn't know food could taste that good. There was great atmosphere set by the staff and the live jazz piano music. Thanks for a great dinning experience.

After a warm walk down Michigan Ave, we decided to have a drink in the Signature Room. Located on the 95th floor, there's an elevator person to guide you up. I guess so you don't decide to go exploring!
Half the floor is the restaurant, half the bar, but oh what a view! For the price of a drink, you can have a fabulous view of the surrounding area. On a clear day you could probably see Wisconsin & Indiana! Unfortunately, it was a bit smoggy when we were there. If you don't get a table with a view, walk around & look out the windows.
As others have noted, there's a great view in the women's bathroom too! You don't mind waiting for a stall!

Service was slow, but friendly & courteous. The drinks are a bit high priced, but still a better deal than the $22 they want on the Observation Deck. It's one floor above that too!
