If Chicago, then Langham Hotel! You won’t regret :-)
Fairly new and fresh; right in the middle of everything. You can choose the club level and get your small meals and other refreshments free of charge during the day in the wonderful Club Lounge, or you can those an ordinary room and still feel like a queen (or king ) at this luxurious hotel (and it’ s easy to find grocery shops nearby where you can buy your own food supplies - otherwise the hotel also have a nice restaurant).
Langham Hotel makes you feel welcome in every way, and you are in a walking distance to must turist attractions in Chicago. If you’re into the blues try for instans “The House of Blues” (very close to the Langham), or “Buddy Guys Legend” (about 30 minutes walk away).
It’s easy to get to Langham Hotel, if you arrive at O’Hara Airport. Just get “The blue Line” train to city and get of at “Clark/Lake Station” . The Langham Hotel is only a few minutes walk from there.
Enjoy Chicago - enjoy Langham! I must certainly did !

Hotel is absolutely fabulous!!! Lobby is on the 2nd floor and very Art Deco feel. Bright, lots of glass and mirrors. Room is huge, with large tub, double sink, dressing area and comfy bed. Tub and shower is in one enclosed sauna like space and has glass window that sits in the middle of the room. So just beware, no privacy.

All the staff is very attentive but hotel doesn't seem very full.

Also Love the signature pink pens. free 1865 membership gives you free wifi.

Location is away from main drag of shopping and food, so it's a bit of a walk. But the hotel bar has an Awesome river view!

Love this hotel.

Simple:

1. Room clean and big
2. Bed - big and comfy
3. Washroom - big and had two sinks, and great amenity kits
4. TV was huge

What one would expect for a hotel of this stature, I would return again.

The Langham in Chicago took my breath away. The rooms are beautifully appointed. They have the amazing Chuan Spa if you need to relax and be pampered. The pink taxi was my favorite even thought didn't use it. I think it's a free service, not sure though. If you want pure luxury, with staff that could serve royalty. This is the place.

I stayed at the Langham Chicago over the weekend of 4/17. This is my second stay and I just can't say enough about this hotel and it's staff, especially Carlos and his staff on the Club level, who have the rare combination of perfect professionalism and genuine warmth and hospitality. This is truly an amazing hotel - one of the best I've ever stayed at. The location is perfect for business or pleasure and the amenities and decor are equally stunning.

Room tip: Upgrade to the Club level - you will not regret it.
