Stayed here as a group of 3 over the Easter weekend and had a lovely time. Hotel was clean, modern and staff were extremely helpful and friendly (Alex on the front desk was lovely!) Our room was spacious and sofa bed was quite comfy. The free breakfast was good - not the best i've had but a good start nonetheless with a decent choice. Only issue was that on the Saturday morning, it was awfully busy at breakfast and it took a while to grab a free table.
Location is fabulous, we were able to walk pretty much anywhere - Magnificent mile, millennium park, State street etc. Good choices of restaurants within walking distance too.
If i'm back in Chicago again, i'd definitely stay here.
