I visited Millennium Park while they were having their annual Jazz festival. It is a beautiful park They've upgrade it and it's gorgeous. The musical artists were awesome and the weather was perfect, 75 and sunny. Had a great time.

I saw this park last summer and enjoyed it again when I took my husband through it. We were there on a day when there were no special attractions going on, but we enjoyed just walking through and looking around. It was very clean and green.
There are lots of interesting things to see. The best are "the bean" and the face fountains. It's also good just to walk around.
Once I was there in late winter, the weather was very cold and I could see all the beautiful building around the park.
Spent a couple of hours strolling through and exploring the park early on a Sunday morning before the crowds arrived. Of course, there was a crowd at the Bean but nowhere else at that time. We had other obligations that didn't allow us to attend a concert, but we did enjoy the time we had and would definitely return at other times of day. Found it very serene and relaxing.
During the summer there is always concerts both formal and informal happening in Millennium Park. Restaurants and Navy Pier activities are all within walking distance. It's a great outdoor space for activities, to mingle and people watch and there is lots to do for small children and older folks.
