This is a beautiful Park with a lot of things going on. We couldnhave spent hours by the "bean". Best way to spend a day in Chicago if the weather is good.

The Lurie garden was really impressive. Rolling vegetation, beautiful colors, nice hedges, cul-de-sacs give some privacy

This is one of the world's great parks. No visitor to Chicago should miss a trip through the park to see the sculpture, periodic revolving outside exhibits, fountains and faces, on a walk to the Art Institute. You can stop to have a bite at the outside tables and bar, walk over to the open air theater on summer nights or watch the skaters when they freeze over a skating ring in the winter.

If you've got visitors coming to Chicago, your trip wouldn't be complete without a trip to Millennium Park. The Pritzker Pavilion is a great place to spread out a blanket, lay down, and take in a free show (if playing). Cloud Gate (the bean) will have you challenging your creative photography skills as you try and capture different angles of both yourself and the skyline. And the Crown Fountain is fun to watch the spitting faces as kids run and scream. Millennium Park really is a ton of fun and a great place to relax and enjoy Chicago.
My only complaint is all the signage that litters the park. There are signs all over the sidewalk explaining different things. With the large crowds of people, you see people running into them all the time. Bike signs, theater signs, trolley signs. Get rid of the signs! They are eye sores to a wonderful Chicago park!

A beautiful park in the middle of the Windy City.
Very interesting architecture that was the main attraction, called the bean, it is a very interesting piece of stainless steel that is in the shape of a large bean, you can walk through and see your reflection at all types of angles. It reflects the big buildings of Chicago, it was a photographers haven. Fun to take pictures and see yourself taking the pictures in the reflection
