Came here to celebrate my 40th birthday and will be back. Honestly I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Close to 2nd city and right across the street from the free zoo and Lincoln Park. Was easy to find and s quick cab ride to trendy Bucktown Wicker Park areas. A great place to be a tourist without too much bustle. The restaurant and coffee shops were fantastic and room service was fast and reasonably priced. Free yoga on the roof and a rooftop deck. What more could you want?

There is also reasonable parking two blocks away for $28 per day.

I went to Hotel Lincoln as part of a girls weekend shopping trip with my mom, sister, daughter and niece. We stayed in a suite and it was the perfect amount of room for all of us. My daughter and niece loved the bunk bed's and felt at home with the small table set up to color and the fun games kept in the room. The location was close enough to the city that we could easily get to the shopping but not feel overwhelmed by the city. The staff was very friendly and very attentive to both the adults and the children. We were easily able to walk to dinner and breakfast and did not have to wait for a table like we might have closer to downtown. The rooftop bar which had a view like no other I have seen in the city, was cozy and beautiful all at once. I hope to plan a romantic getaway with my husband soon where I can spend more time trying the unique items on the menu and enjoying the view. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Lincoln as a great place to stay no matter what brings you to the city.

What a perfect stay! The hotel, staff, and amenities were ideal. We came with our newborn for his first ever trip and the Hotel Lincoln could not have been more accommodating - we stayed in a family room (includes extra room with bunk beds), went to the cafe in the mornings, found street parking nearby, even went to the restaurant at happy hour. The rooms were big and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The hotel had a very hip vibe and was always busy, which helped us feel cool even if we are new parents! And the hotel is ideally located in Lincoln Park, right near the zoo, in walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others!

Room Tip: We got a deal by staying for 3 days

Had the best experience at the Hotel Lincoln this weekend. Absolutely love the location and all of the amenities. We couldn't believe all that the hotel did for our kids in the family suite. The room had a kid size table with coloring books and drawing supplies, there were several board games, trucks, lincoln logs, and sock monkeys for the kids to sleep with. They even included kid size bath robes. The staff made us feel so welcome and offered us up lots of suggestions and things to do. I highly recommend this hotel! And plan to stay there again.

Went for the weekend shopping. This hotel is just 3 miles north of the Mag Mile and affordable and Bus stop is right in front of hotel. Cab fare to Mag Mile $9.50 Hotel was very clean and extremely friendly helpful staff. Would absolutely stay there again. Rooms were a little small but didn't need anything more. Upscale neighborhood and Original Pancake house 2 blocks away.

Hotel Lincoln is a boutique hotel located on the north side, one of Chicago's upscale neighborhoods. It overlooks Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan; a perfect location with small shops, restaurants, and Second City a short distance. If you are inclined to walking, which I am, you can walk the promenade by the lake or down the street into downtown Chicago. it is quite a walk but it can be invigorating! The hotel has been refurbished with an eclectic style. The very attentive staff is dressed in 50's fashion. The rooms are on the small side. The coffee pot table is in the closet and has to be moved out to use. The bathroom has a very limited amount of space, especially if have lots of toiletries! Because it is an older hotel electrical outlets are hard to reach. Keep in mind that it does offer free wifi and is pet friendly! The rooms are a little pricey so you should look for specials.
Hotel Lindoln has a rooftop bar, The Parker, that is considered on of the 'hottest spots.'. You can sit inside or outside. There is a fire pit, couches and and a bar outdoors. The menu consists of small plates that can be mixed and matched with an interesting wine list.

Room Tip: Think about how close you want to be to downtown Chicago. If it doesn't matter it is a great lo...

Opened just a few months ago; the hotel is located in affluent Lincoln Park neighborhood and very close to down town with a magnificent view of the lake and the park. The rooftop bar is great and the food and service are excellent. The rooms is clean and the bed is cozy and comfortable. Although my room was on the 10th floor, I still could hear the street noise especially on Friday and Saturday nights, but expected if you are staying in and busy city center like Chicago so bring you ear plugs. I enjoyed the stay but I feel it is a bit overpriced.
