Since visiting Morocco last month, I had been craving Moroccan food. The quality and authenticity at Shokran are superb, a match to the delicious home-cooking my hosts in Rabat had served. The tagines and couscous dishes are flavorful and healthy, every appetizer I tried was amazing - especially the Chicken Bastilla (traditionally served as first course at Moroccan weddings) and the Beet Salad, and the mint tea is perfect.
