Have made this a regular stop at end of trips to Chicago for a couple years. Always acceptable or better food with indifferent service. This time the food was acceptable once it arrived, service abysmal. Seated in a booth in the shadow of Lt. O'Hare's plane. When you sit you keep going down, down, down to an uncomfortable level. Decided to try a roll I hadn't had before. Unfortunately, the menu did not list all ingredients, including crab. When it arrived I advised the waitress of this and told her I couldn't eat crab. Her 'resolution'? No worries, it's fake crab. She cleared that plate after more discussion than was necessary and took my order for some sushi. Returned after a lengthy wait with twice as much food as I had ordered. Away went that plate. My fellow diners offered me some of their food to tide me over. While it was worth a laugh amongst us, I was there for dinner, not a comedy show. A pity, as I considered this one of the very few options for a decent meal at O'Hare
