Our Style Department leaders have been alerted of your feedback regarding your guestroom's bedding and are working to locate the issue outlined, rectify the issue, and take the necessary steps to make this incident into a training opportunity to ensure that this experience does not repeat itself. Although the base rate for your reservation may have totaled $397, that would not include any applicable local occupancy taxes, which in our area is, unfortunately, 17%. Our standard $200 incidental hold is applied to every guest checking into our property. This incidental hold is set in place to cover charges that may be incurred during your stay (i.e. valet parking, in-room dining) and would have been outlined within your reservation's confirmation. And I apologize that the terms and conditions of your rate were not properly communicated to you.
