Nice facility, very nice people. Great location, within walking distance of many attractions. My room did not have a mini fridge, I called and they delivered one right up! Will certainly come back.TK was very helpful in suggesting a restaurant. I wish there was free internet in the rooms

Room Tip: Rooms on Adams are a bit noisy because of the bellmen.

O my lanta, everyone who works here was nothing but friendly to us from the moment we got in! Check in was easy, our plane was early and we got to the hotel at about 1230-1 and even check in was not until 3 they found us a room immediately. The room was nice, the bed was huge, everything was neat and clean, ha ha we checked for bugs, and there was none to be found. The concierge really made the difference, I called a week a head of time to let the hotel know it was our anniversary and if there was champagne or something I could buy for us, instead, Ms. Eden took care of everything meaning she gave us a complementary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our escape! This was the best weekend me and Ryan ever had and we already can not wait until we can visit chicago again, and when we do we will most definitely be staying at the W!!!!

Room Tip: Who doesn't like a room with a view? Especially a view in chicago??

Hotel is modern and pleasant. Staff is exceptionally helpful. We had a problem in the business center that was resolved quickly and professionally late at night. The concierges are always very helpful with directions and suggestions. Our concierge, TK Karadzovski, was especially helpful in suggesting a new restaurant (Custom House), calling ahead for a reservation and getting us their with walking directions. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to train lines.

Eden was kind enough to direct us to Lou's diner for breakfast, and arm us with her magic card. Soon we were seated and enjoying a classic Chicago breakfast. The only disappointing issue was a touchy tv remote, which still didn't work well after a request to the front desk. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and it was an easy walk to the Art Institute and Millenium Park. Funky decor added energy and whimsy. We recommend the W!

Typical W experience--chic, hip, flashy, fun, inspiring.

Perfect location for business downtown.

I want to specifically recognize the conceirge, Eden Bernal, whose rapid response time and friendly demeanor helped me stay dry and on time for dinner! Thank you Eden!
