“Great stay!”
Reviewed February 22, 2014

I spent two nights here in Feb. with a friend for a conference. The location was fantastic, seriously in the center of the Loop and walking distance to the conference, the Art Institute, and everything else. It's ablock away from the Jackson Blue and red line stops so there is access to the entire city via the EL. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good sized- we had a queen bed and a sofa that pulled out. And the ammenties were great- guest living room, with coffee and snacks (during the week), bottled water on each floor, microwave, mini-fridge, gym, and even yogo mats. Lisa P. was extremely helpful as we checked out and they held all of our bags after we checked out allowing us to site-see before having to get our car from the discounted parking lot. All in all it was a great experience and I would definetly go back.

I stayed at Club Quarters for 8 nights over New Years. The check-in process was efficient and the staff member who checked me in (I think it was Erin?) made some great suggestions for Blues Clubs in the area. After reading some unfavourable reviews regarding room size I was thrilled to discover my room was actually quite large and I would be able to live comfortably in it for the duration of my stay. Furnishings were basic and in fact, the only criticism I have of the hotel on a whole is that the beds and bedding aren't very comfortable, but for the price you can't expect 5 star furnishings.

All of my interactions with staff were pleasant and I found they went above and beyond to provide excellent service - I very much appreciated the doorman hailing a cab for me in the icy cold snow at 5am on the day of my departure!

If you like to shop there is excellent shopping at the Loop within easy walking distance and the Magnificent Mile just a little further. Willis Tower is also an easy walk and other attractions such as the Shedd Aquarium, Art Institute, Soldier Field and the Field museum are all nearby. The Museum of Science and Industry is a little further away, but I definitely recommend checking it out.

I would absolutely recommend Club Quarters to anyone and everyone! Their rates are more than fair and the effort they put into taking care of their guests is second to none.

On Saturday, February 15th I began my 2 night stay at the Club Quarters Chicago- Central Loop. I had the most amazing experience of any hotel visit. Nick, Erin & Justin were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating! I fell in Love with these guys! Not to mention my room was immaculate. Next to the wonderful staff and exceptional room and hotel cleanliness, a favorite of mine had to be the water bottle stations on each floor. I was only supposed to stay 2 nights but could not bring myself to part with this place, so I stayed an addition night! I will be visiting Chicago a few more times within the next 6 months and I will definitely be stay the Club Quarters Chicago- Central Loop! Thanks for everything!

Decided to stay at this hotel due to an awesome rate coupled with the loaction and the hotel chain's reputation. We have stayed at one of the Club Quarters properties in NYC and this property is very similar. First thing to note about all Club Quarter properties: the rooms are small but very efficient/ great use of the space. The staff at this location are super friendly, everything looks and feels new, the living room in the lower level of the hotel is a great work/sitting space with self serve coffee. Every floor has DIY water/bottles. There is a guest closet on every floor where you can grab an ironing board, extra pillow... This hotel is a couple of blocks from the Amtrak station, an easy several block (perhaps a mile?) walk to Michigan Avenue, easy access to cabs and the L. We parked for the night 1 block away for $16 - cheap for downtown! Overall, if the location works well for what you are coming to the city to do, don't hesitate to stay here.

Competitively priced without giving up the expected amenities of a business traveler, mostly complimentary.. I was particularly impressed with the service level and attentiveness given by the employees, particularly a gentleman named Mike. Apparently my reservations could not be located, however, Mike appeared to be empowered to rectify this situation. He also ensured my questions were answered for travel to my business meeting the next day. Customer service at its finest. Thanks!

A very good venue for business and travel. The personnel is very attentive and efficient. Ms Cindy Hou, who works at the front desk, is a good example of Club Quarter's excellent staff training. I recommend Club Quarters Central Loop for anyone who is seeking accommodation in downtown Chicago.

Room Tip: Kitchenette rooms are a good choice
