We were staying in a B&B in Chicago, not far from this Japanese restaurant with a big sign 'Grand Opening'. One night, we decided to try it. You have the choice between sitting at a 'normal table' or one of the tables where the Chef cooks in front of you (tapanyaki). The waitresses were polite and not pushy at all. We actually had to ask for more drinks whereas in other restaurant it can sometimes be annoying that waiters fill your glass to encourage you to finish the bottle and ask for more. We were 4 couples at the table, we did not know each other. The waitress took our orders and the Chef Peter arrived. I don't want to spoil the suprises but let just say that he was very impressive, did a show with our food, entertained us, made us laugh and we had an excellent time. And on top of that, the food was absolutely delicious, the portions were big and the sea food in particular was excellent. We absolutely loved the experience. The bill was reasonnable.
