I stayed here a couple nights last year (2018). It is a lovely hotel. It is located in a nice area (great for walking), but I was so busy working that I could not do so. I had room service (it was good).More

Got in late from our flight from Toronto (yes we flew Air Canada) the receptionist treated us with genuine compassion realizing we were exhausted and frazzled upgraded our room and gave us two complimentary breakfast vouchers for next morning. A really wonderful gesture my wife and I thought.

Poor ownership and management staff not willing to help dirty entryway crowded rooms and meeting rooms limited food options noisy limited internet and phone connections away from shopping and attractions
