Stayed here for a recent family wedding. Corner room with balcony with park and water views was amazing! Booking the room directly through the hotel was a great experience. Breakfast was pricey but oh so good. Room service dinner was lacking (came packaged in to-go boxes instead of proper room service with cutlery etc).
I stayed here for 4 nights for the wedding, then my husband and I went to the godfrey hotel which had a similar star review but OMG what a difference -- the godfrey was terrible!! Wish we had stayed at the radisson blu aqua throughout our whole trip.

This was my first stay at the Radisson Blue Hotel. I didn't recognize the value of this hotel before I arrived. First, the location was extraordinary because of CVS around the corner, 3 minutes to Marino supermarket till 10 pm, and 5 minutes to Michigan Avenue Bridge and Millenium Park. Second, the concierge Udo Mankiewicz who knows how to make a friend within a minute. He always greeted me with a million-dollar smile with limitless kindness. He is the person that visitors come back. Of course, I will visit the Radisson Blue Hotel again because of him.

Room tip: Rooms are designed to be quiet.

The hotel was beautiful, but of special note was the concierge, Udo Mankiewicz. His attentiveness throughout our stay was stellar. He worked with us when we first contacted the hotel to let us know of amenities in the area, helped us secure restaurant and tour reservations, and was generally all around great. Highly recommended!

Room tip: Lake/pool views were best

We spent the holiday weekend at the Radison Blu and it was fantastic. The room we had included a fantastic view of the city. The pool was great. We received excellent service from all the employees. Our small group had a great time. A special shout out to the concierge, Udo M. He was great and went out of his way to make our weekend special.

Room tip: Our 11th floor corner balcony room had a wrap-around balcony with great views.
