The hotel was in the middle of most things I would like as a tourist to chicago.
Itvis minutes from the magnificent mile, millennium park, and the Navy Pier. It is close to a El train stop(5-10 minute walk)
It has a great restaurant/ with wonderful staff at the breakfast rush. Especially Micheal.
The rooms are nice with great views, if you get a balcony.
My only two complaints were:
not enough towels provided for a room that sleeps 4
The fridge was a minibar, thus not allowing one to put in our own drinks or snacks, there should at least be a shelf for that or an ability to opt in or out of the mini bar versus fridge....why not a vending machine connected to a room key?
If I could I would take away only half a star for the minor issues.
Over all we would return

Stayed one night Sat-Sun. Check-in was very friendly and quick. Lobby was clean, modern and classy. Room was incredibly clean, good size, spacious balcony. I like a firm bed and while not very firm, I did just fine. 4 pillows
per bed and very warm, cozy comforters. Bathroom was well stocked with towels (maybe 6-8 total?) and plenty of outlets throughout the room. No mini-bar menu or book/catalog of hotel amenities (They don’t have the latter at all). When I called down, I was offered a mini-bar menu promptly. I didn’t really need/want one but was checking the service. Superb. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We’ll go back for sure.
