I have taken a number of my employees here when on business in Chicago. Every one of them absolutely loves Sable! Sharing the small plates allows you to taste a lot of dishes and they range from very good to fabulous. The plating is excellent as well. Favorites include the deviled eggs, tuna tostadas, lobster roll and brussels sprouts. Only complaint: where did the Duck Fat Fries go??? Chef Heather is very creative. Waitstaff can be uneven, but our waitress this time was phenomenal. Reasonable wine list and a justifiably busy bar.
