We kept passing by this place and was intrigued by the sight of several cooks working hard cooking mounds of stir-fry on the flat-top grill. Finally, on our last night and craving some rice (we're from Hawaii, and rice is a daily part of our diet), we decided to try this place out. Even though it was 30 minutes before closing, the restaurant was PACKED! It took us a few minutes to figure out the concept - you are given an empty bowl and a little stick upon which your table number is written. Write your name on the stick. Then go to the "buffet" line where you will select whatever you want to put into your stir-fry: rice or noodles, vegetables, sauces and meats. You can put in as much ingredients as can fit in the bowl (the meats go into a separate, but smaller bowl). You then hand the bowl to the chefs and return to your seat. The server will then serve you your ingredients, which are prepared as a stir-fry. They do have gluten-free and vegetarian options. They also ask if you have any food allergies. If you don't want a stir-fry, you can have it prepared in other ways, too. There is an "unlimited" option, as well. The food tasted great and the ingredients were fresh. Would definitely eat here again!
